We are a team of biokineticists passionate about helping people and have several years of experience in our field. Our practice is based in the heart of Sea Point and we work with several health care practitioners (Drs, Physiotherapist, Chiropractors, Podiatrist and Osteopaths) in the surrounding area.
We work out of a health studio called O.n.S. (Oliver & Schroder) Health Studio which also offers personal training services. The facility has a range of cardiovascular equipment, (2 treadmills, Concept2 Skierg & Rower, Krankcycle , Arc Trainer) to challenge your cardiovascular fitness. Also there is the availability of free weight strength equipment at the facility.
The facility has a shower and changing room facilities.
